Running Diary

After exactly six months of not running (per se) I have gained a couple pounds and shed a few tears, but now I’m ready to recommit with the love of my life. Shortly after my 21st birthday, slight injuries took over my chicken legs and kept me from running the Chicago Marathon. Running and I needed a break. I went out with yoga, hooked up with the elliptical and made some bad decisions with lifting, but finally cheated with the treadmill who reintroduced me to the pavement.

Five miles a day for the rest of my life. My goal is to eat with my stomach instead of my head and maintain a weight of 100-105 pounds (I’m 5 feet tall by the way).
